Cyklerbot Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Before using Cyklerbot, you must agree to the privacy policy outlined below. By using Cyklerbot, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data Collection, Storage and Retention

1. Any data entered into Cyklerbot or made available to Cyklerbot via Discord may be stored. However, this data will not be shared with third parties.
2. Removal of Cyklerbot from a server does not result in data deletion. Most* data is global and can be carried over to other servers.
3. Users may request data deletion by contacting a Cyklerbot developer**.
4. Cyklerbot collects the following types of personal data from users:
   
   
   • User IDs: We collect user IDs for identification purposes.
   • Birthdays: Birthdays are collected to improve Users' experiences. They are stored independantly for each server. Data collection will only occur with explicit user consent or through authorized administrative actions on the user's server.
   • Channel IDs: We log some*** Channel IDs for communication purposes.
   • Guild Member Counts: We log Guild Member Counts for Cyklerbot analytics and User analytics.
   • Guild Member (including admins) Counts: We log Guild Member (including admins) Counts for Cyklerbot analytics and User analytics.
   • Guild Role Counts: We log Guild Role Counts for Cyklerbot analytics and User analytics.
   • Guild Channel Counts: We log Guild Channel Counts for Cyklerbot analytics and User analytics.
   Data may be collected directly from users or from other sources.
   
   
5. We retain all user data indefinitely.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The purpose of collecting user data is as follows:

• Identification: User IDs and Birthdays are used to identify users and personalize their experience with Cyklerbot.
• Communication: Guild IDs and Channel IDs allow us to communicate important updates, notifications, and responses to user inquiries.
• Analytics: The Data outlined above help us enhance user experience by informing the /serverstats and /cyklerbot-stats commands.

4. Intellectual Property

All assets used by Cyklerbot (including code, data, and media) are the intellectual property of Cykler Technologies. Unauthorized use without developer** permission is prohibited.

5. Data Protection and Security

1. While all data is expected to be securely handled, this is not guaranteed. Users should exercise caution when entering personal data into Cyklerbot.
2. Cyklerbot developers prioritize data security and privacy by implementing access controls and regular security audits. We take proactive measures to safeguard user data and ensure its confidentiality.

6. Acceptable Usage

1. Acceptable usage is primarily defined by server moderators or Cyklerbot developers.
2. Misuse of Cyklerbot may result in temporary bans.

7. Currency and Items

Currency and items within Cyklerbot are not linked to real money and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

8. Amendments

These terms may change over time. Users are expected to agree with and update themselves on any future amendments to these and other terms and conditions or cease using the software.

All Queries or Question should be sent to a Cyklerbot Developer**.
